We went to Bali for holiday from 29 Aug 2009 till 02 Sep 2009. For day one, we fly from LCCT to Bali, then go straight to Uluwatu to visit the Temple on top of the cliff. The spectacular view of Uluwatu will immediately clear your mind with calm.
However, beware of the naughty monkey who are professionally trained to snatch spectacles.
After that, we were brought to test the best coffee in Bali before having dinner at the Jimbaran Bay.
We enjoy the beautiful seaside of Jimbaran Beach with the wonderful sunset in our view while having our dinner. It is truly an unforgettable experience.

Bangkok Airport

Wow... is this route going to outer space?
It is actually one of the custom checking area going to Gate C. This magnificent view is only available in Gate C, while the rest of the gate, the views are blocked by the second floor.
This could be seen after going through the airport scan, and I was totally amazed by the scene. I stand in the middle of the stairs and shoot several shots and this is the best of all.
Hong Kong Airport Terminal 2

The new terminal at Hong Kong Airport is really beautiful. The ceiling is in a wave form that looks like clouds in the sky. It was only started operation in Sep 07.
The spacious walkway is so much different from the crowded Terminal 1. And the shopping was fun, and restaurant has so much variety. We took our lunch at Hollywood, and the price is reasonable.
But, one thing to note is that, traveling from Terminal 2 to the Boarding Gate requires at least 20 minutes, as you have to take 2 trains with 1 transit. So, to avoid arriving at the gate and see your flight tow backwards, better buffer around 30 minutes to include immigration and airport scans.

Cultural Village, Seoul, Korea
One should never miss to visit the heritage of Korean while in Seoul. This is one of the buildings in the cultural village which still shine its ancient scent when visiting it. Many palaces and buildings has been surrounded by modern skyscrapers, but the government has done well to promote Korean culture thus many buildings interior are still well-maintained.

Cheaonggaacheon (Stream), Seoul, Korea
In Dongdaemum is the Cheaonggaacheon (Stream). This is the pictures taken just after sunset. It is such a romantic place for couples. The stream is clear and water is cooling. Feel free to cross the stream back and forth. It is one of the mega project done by Korean government to restore and to preserve the culture. Besides the stream is the busy street full of modern shopping. The stream is an escape to provide a city tranquility.

Love and Sharing
I met with a bunch of monkeys on the way down from Telaga Tujuh (The Seven Wells) in Langkawi Island, and this couple struck me. While one is concentrating to pick out, the other one relaxing. Monkeys are problem to tourist but they are not going to attack you unless you have food on your hand.

Back to basic
A grandma cycle pass along the road besides Taiping Lake, one of the oldest mining lake in Malaysia. Taiping is famous for tin mining in 19th century, and the lake previously used to mine tin has been converted to recreation park with it's old trees branches spread from one side of the road to the lake on the other side. The thick shades of the old-big trees increase the tranquility of Taiping Lake, and cycle on under the shades still popular among most of the locals.
